You know...I really should look into getting some sleeping pills or something to fix my erratic sleep schedule.
I finally managed to fall asleep at 2:00, Friday morning, and I managed to sleep until a little after 4:00. Yes...I slept for more than 12 hours straight. There's marathon sleeping and then there's ridiculous.
I've been spending a lot of time working on my sculpture for Metals. It's been a learning experience, that's for sure. Soldering with a blowtorch is definitely not as easy as it looks, but at least I've only managed to set myself on fire a few times so far.
Remember kids...Stop, drop, and roll...
So what is the thing I've been building? It's a tire iron...Only it's going to be 3ft tall. You have no idea, the temptation to reinforce it and build a strap so I can carry it on my back and laugh at the looks on people's faces.
I think Chris had forgotten what a freaking pyro I can be at times. I've melted so much stuff that I didn't need to.
I am the enemy of all loose change...
Good news. Looks like my car won't go "boom" if I drive it anymore....for now.
At least Mom's helping me look for another one though. I want to get another hatchback though. I love my Honda, and it's a hatchback, so I'd like to get another one. That and they make moving back and forth across the state soooo much easier. I've been seeing a lot of Mazda's around the campus lately. The Protege 5's are pretty sextastic looking, if you ask me. I might see if I can't find one of them for a good price.

*looks back and forth*
I'm not Brandi's clone...I promise!
That reminds me though, I actually remembered to check up on the Selfies site earlier today, for the first time in months. So many mp3s that I didn't have. Now if only I could remember my username for the forums....
Uh...Don't you hate it when you had something good to say but then you forgot what it was write before you typed it? Yeah...I just did that...Do'h!
Oh well...Went to Savannah last weekend. That was fun. I finally got a copy of Advent Children on DVD, so I don't have to route my laptop's video through to the TV in the living room anymore if I want to watch it on a bigger screen and It's not the Xvid encode with separate subtitles anymore either. I picked up new graphic novels...Negima vol.8, Lunar Legend Tsukihime (which is actually pretty cool), and Angel/Dust (which is only one volume. Nice to know that I won't have to buying more volumes to finish it).
Is it bad that I don't like to read unless my books are full of panels and speech bubbles?
I also picked up a Dead Milkmen CD that I didn't have before. Amazingly, I think I managed to find the one CD of theirs that actually kind of sucks...The whole thing is nothing but a bunch of live recorded tracks, and if you've ever heard or seen them live, then you know that they aren't nearly as good as they are on the albums. I like their music, but they just don't sound that great live. A lot of bands have that problem.
Speaking of bands, my high school friends, The Promise Drive, are going to be playing in Hinesville this month. I haven't seen them live in a long time, due to my being on the other side of the state, but they were pretty good the last time I saw them and I've heard that they're even better now. I may be a bit biased on this though, since I've known most of them for years. :P
Oh yeah...I finally started a new digital painting. The first art I wanted to do since I slaved over the comic last semester.
Well...I think I've rambled on enough. So I'm going to go wander early morning Statesboro for a while. Oh...Right...One more thing, if the idea of frying a steak on top of the stove with oil, garlic powder, and soy sauce, ever sounds good to you, don't do it. For the love of god, goddess, whatever, don't do it. It's delicious (if you like obscenely salty food, like me), but you'll regret it in the long run.
Heh...I just noticed the name of the song. Good timing...
